Level 3 Personal Training Diploma | Holistic and Swedish Massage Diploma
Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2012, I have gained extensive experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, orthopaedics, adult rehabilitation, and behavioural approaches to recovery. Over the years, I have developed a special interest in elderly rehabilitation and falls prevention, working closely with older adults to improve balance, mobility, and confidence. I also have a personal interest in CrossFit and strength training, and I’m passionate about helping people return to the sport and activities they enjoy. My MSK background gives me a strong foundation in biomechanics, movement analysis, and performance-focused rehab, which I bring into every aspect of my practice.
After becoming a mother myself, I experienced firsthand the physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. This led me to further specialise in women’s health physiotherapy and become a certified Mummy MOT practitioner. I continue to treat a wide range of MSK conditions, alongside supporting older adults through tailored falls prevention and rehabilitation programmes. Whether it’s helping someone rebuild strength after a fall, return to CrossFit after an injury, or navigate postnatal recovery, I offer personalised, holistic care that empowers people to feel strong and capable in their bodies.
