Delivered in the comfort of your own home or at your convenience, this session is designed with expectant mothers in mind.

1. Detailed Consultation

Subjective Discussion of medical & Pregnancy History: A review of your current pregnancy and any relevant medical background or previous pregnancies.

Current Symptoms: We’ll discuss any discomforts such as pelvic pain, lower back pain, bladder concerns, or fatigue.

Lifestyle & Birth Planning: Exploring your daily routines, work demands, and preferences for labour and birth.

2. Physical Examination

Postural Assessment: Identifying any areas of strain or compensation as your body adapts.

Pelvic Girdle and Lumbar Spine Assessment: Checking for signs of instability, irritation, or pain in these common areas.

Functional Movement & Core Control: Observing key movements to assess strength, balance, and muscle engagement.

3. Personalised Plan

Tailored Exercise Program: Safe, trimester-specific exercises to promote strength, mobility, and pelvic health.

Daily Movement Advice: Tips on posture, lifting, sleep positions, and how to manage physical demands.

Labour Preparation: Breathing techniques, pelvic positioning, perineal massage guidance, and confidence-building strategies.
